The only non-offset printed case material that I have used is Premium Canvas by Pictorico. Apparently, one of my students told me they no longer make it. It is pretty expensive and I was able to get it at Samy's in Pasadena. It is not a smooth surface, but a fine canvas, however it prints very detailed. You could always use any semi gloss paper but instead of the glue we used in class you would need to use Barge (purchased at Home Depot). You need to sand the non-print side of the paper, apply the Barge to the sanded side, apply the Barge to the book board, let them both dry for about 5 minutes and then put the pieces together and REALLY smooth them together with LOTS of pressure.
